Terms for renewed, refurbished, open-box, and new laptop sales. Order-specific terms are confirmed in writing for each order.
These terms explain the general sales approach for devices purchased from SPURGE Rentals, operated by SPURGE RENTALS PVT LTD. The terms stated in the quotation, invoice, warranty note, purchase order, or written confirmation apply to the relevant sale.
Product condition and configuration
Renewed, refurbished, open-box, and new laptop purchases should clearly state model, processor, RAM, storage, display size, battery notes where applicable, accessories, cosmetic condition, and warranty context before sale.
Warranty coverage
Renewed and refurbished laptops carry a default one-month testing warranty. Device-specific coverage, exclusions, and any different warranty period must be stated in writing. Warranty handling may include diagnosis, repair, replacement, exchange, or written closure depending on the device, issue reported, inspection result, and confirmed sale terms.
Warranty exclusions
Warranty may exclude physical damage, liquid damage, accidental damage, misuse, tampering, unauthorized repair, missing parts, consumables, cosmetic wear, software issues, data loss, and any exclusions stated in the sale terms.
Operating system and software
Operating system, licence, software, device imaging, and admin-access expectations should be confirmed before purchase. Customers are responsible for their own business data, backups, accounts, and third-party software licences unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Returns and exchanges
Return or exchange eligibility depends on the written sale terms, issue report, inspection, product condition, accessories, time from delivery, and warranty coverage. See the refund and returns policy for the general process.
